So in expected MCD fashion, we haven't updated our website in almost a year, so it's time we tell you what we've been up to. NOTHING. With the exception of our very talented team members, Patrick, Zen and Wolf. Whom all by the way, made their way to the podiums with Zen finishing an astonishing 2nd place at the infamous Danger Bay 9 and a crisp 4th place that same weekend at Jake's Rash. Patrick follows suit by putting on a spectacular performance at the 2nd annual Goldrush Challenge, finishing with an impressive (barely) 2nd place. Wolfgang, the youngin' badass mofo finishes in gnar fashion, landing 3rd in the Juniors Division.

After that crazy weekend, MCD and friends took the risk of "being pussy faggots soul searching in Summerland", having a convoy of four vehicles, shredding one of North America's most technical hills, all being witnessed through GoPRO HD and Pat's brand new Canon EOS 7D (sorry dude, didn't mean to do it). This weekend consisted of some of the best skate times we've yet to have. Of course, not without a little bit of bumps and bruises, mountain running down King Brian's backyard or tight runs 5 deep with 3 different video angles.

So yeah, that's what we've been up to lately. Stay tuned. MCD RULES.

Patrick fresh from Europe has been kept busy following up with eager media peeps.

We are very excited on how hot Pat's been all season!! This will be Pat's 3rd 1st place finish this season as he stomps out the best at Maryhill the Festival of Speed 2009!!! Hell yeah Pat!! Congratulations, we're pumped on ya.

So our friend Jacko from Australia went on the 2009 Eurotour and well... don't drink and skate? Anyways, this bail deserves some serious views.

Doesn't think look like such a Mike Benda thing to do?

Hey ya'll,

Last weekend of August 22/23, Local 124 along with the city of Edmonton hosted one of the best weekends of skateboarding for those fortunate enough to participate. Graham Buksa of RAYNE Longboards along with other notables such as Jody Wilcox, came out to the "flatlands" to compete against some of Alberta's best.

You can now read the reviews about the weekend long event online at UNKLE.ca (the only online mag worth reading) reported by Edmonton's very own Graham Buksa.

Hope ya'll enjoy!

Another wicked kick ass video from P-Swiss. Looks like everyone should go to Europe.

Ivan went back to Edmonton, AB his hometown to race the 2nd Annual High Level Downhill. With much more heated competition present such as Jody Wilcox, Graham Buksa, and last year's champion Riley Harris, it was satisfaction guaranteed. This is by far the most unique course on the circuit being known to be half Giants Head and half Sullivan Challenge. The course features a head-to-head battle starting out on a technical bike path no wider than 6 feet that eventually blasts into an access road with pavement equivalent to a cheese grader. Ivan placed 10th overall in qualifications and made it to the quarter finals.

Max Erwin along with Wolf talk 3rd/4th at Ride the Giant!!! Riding solid all day through the rain, patchy pavement or beat hot afternoons, Ride the Giant was by far one of the greatest events... ever!
